Associated School Boards of South Dakota is the unifying voice for school boards and public education. ASBSD is the only statewide education organization to which every public K-12 school district is a member. We represent more than 950 local school board members, the school districts they govern and the students they serve.
Our experienced staff is available to members of the media. ASBSD staff can provide insight and commentary on a range of public school issues, including school board governance, school finance, trends in K-12 education, school consolidation and school legal issues.
