Policy Matters
Policy Matters is ASBSD's quarterly publication offering advice and commentary surrounding the development of sound school board policy. Each issue of Policy Matters is packed with sample policies, case studies and in-depth features, such as Risk Watch - a special section covering risk management and liability issues - and Policy U, a tutorial on policy development.
In addition to the print version, the Policy Matters E-edition, which is sent out when the need arises, provides additional information in between print editions of Policy Matters.
Policy Matters is a key element in the first level of policy services, called the Communicator Tier. By packaging Policy Matters with access to ASBSD's dynamic e-manual, subscibers will have two powerful resources to help them raise the debate on school policy and governance.
